The new apartment building at Tiiru Street 3 has received its cornerstone

On June 27, a ceremonial cornerstone laying was held for the newest apartment building in the Valgre residential district, located at Tiiru Street 3. The festive event was attended by guests, construction workers, and Pärnu Mayor Romek Kosenkranius. The 7-story seaside apartment building, which received its cornerstone during the ceremony, will house 43 apartments.

“I have a good feeling about this — the Tiiru Street area is transforming and making the entire district and the city’s skyline more attractive. On the other hand, the city is, of course, interested in welcoming new residents — future citizens of Pärnu — who will surely enjoy the architecture and natural beauty here,” said Kosenkranius at the ceremony, placing a silver emblem of the city of Pärnu into the time capsule.

In total, the residential district is planned to include five 7- to 9-story apartment buildings with up to 300 apartments.
