The new apartment building at Tiiru Street 3 has reached its full height

On October 2, a topping-out ceremony was held for the new apartment building at Tiiru Street 3. The 7-story, 22-meter-high building with 43 apartments will become the next landmark to enhance Pärnu’s skyline, making this seaside area increasingly attractive. The coastal location of the building is becoming a more and more desirable place to live for both local residents and newcomers.

To honor tradition, celebrate reaching the building’s maximum height, and thank the hardworking builders, the second topping-out ceremony of the Valgre residential district was held. The Tiiru Street 3 building received its cornerstone in June of this year, and the apartment building with stunning sea views is set to be completed in Pärnu’s beach district by the spring of 2025.
