• Reservation

  To reserve an apartment, an agreement to suspend the sale of the apartment is concluded, which may be either subject to a fee or free of charge, depending on the sales phase of the apartment building and the speed of entering into the purchase and sale agreement.

  Lawful sales contract

  When the apartment at Tiiru 3 is ready to be handed over to the buyer in the agreed condition, a notarial purchase and sale agreement is concluded. The purchase and sale agreement can be signed either in person at the notary’s office or remotely via video bridge. The buyer pays the purchase price either from personal funds or with the help of a bank loan, after which the transfer of possession and transfer of ownership take place.

  Fees

  The notary’s fees and state fees related to the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement are paid by the buyer.
  Connection fees for internet, cable TV, telephone and other services are not included in the apartment’s purchase price.

   

• The sales price of the apartment includes following:

  ·    apartment interior finishing and sanitary equipment according to the apartment-specific package

  ·    readiness for installation of an air conditioning system

  ·   connection to utility networks (electricity, water and sewerage, heating supply)

  ·    readiness for connection to data, telephone and digital TV networks

  ·   VAT

  The following is not included to the sales price:

  ·      notarial fees and state fee related to the conclusion of a sales contract;

  ·      connection fees for data transmission, cable television, telephone, etc.

  ·      parking place on the property 10 000 € (with the readiness of electricity)

  ·      storage room from   4 000 €

  ·      climate control system: from €2,500 (one room, depending on the location of the apartment and cooling capacity)
