Real estate development company Valgre Residence has started construction of a 43-apartment residential building at Tiiru Street 3, located in the Valgre residential district in the Pärnu beach area.
The Valgre residential district, whose development began in 2018, is situated in the Pärnu beach area on a 21,000 m² plot, along the extension of the seaside promenade. The residential area is planned to include five 7- to 9-story apartment buildings with a total of up to 300 apartments.
The first apartment building in the Valgre residential district — at Tiiru Street 5 — was completed in 2019. The new 3,500 m², 7-story building with 43 apartments at Tiiru Street 3 is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2025.
According to project leader Ivo Kasaku, the Valgre residential district offers well-thought-out and integrated solutions, along with an excellent seaside location for both current and future residents.
The architects of the Tiiru Street 3 building are Hanno Grossschmidt and Tomomi Hayashi from HG Architecture Bureau. The construction is being carried out by Tera Ehitus OÜ, and sales activities are managed by Kinnisvaraekspert Pärnu OÜ.
Valgre Residence OÜ, the developer of the residential district, was established in 2017 specifically for the Valgre apartment project. Investors and shareholders in the development include Jaan Pillesaar’s investment company DSVH, Peeter Ingman’s investment firm Ingman Baltic Sea Finance, and Ivo Kasaku’s company Texover.
